Siamese Cat Creative Club - Terms of Service
Effective date: 17 July 2026
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to parent registration, bookings, sessions, packages, passes, meal care, activities, the Cat vs Dog game, optional game accounts, and related services provided by Siamese Cat Creative Club ("the Club," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering a child, requesting a booking, purchasing a service, or accepting these Terms, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read and agreed to them.

1. Our Programs
The Club provides two separate services with different supervision arrangements:
- Kids Playroom & Creative Activities (formerly Little Explorer Playgroup): parent-accompanied playroom entry with optional creative activities. Staff may guide activities, but the accompanying parent or guardian remains responsible for the child and must stay on the premises.
- After School Explorer Program: after-school care with play, homework or quiet focus, creative activities, meal support, and pickup routines.
These programs are not private one-to-one nanny care, formal school enrollment, medical care, therapy, or guaranteed private tutoring.
Activities may change according to the child's age and readiness, session length, staffing, weather, materials, safety, and animal welfare.
2. Parent or Guardian Authority
The person registering a child confirms that they:
- Are the child's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to register the child
- Will provide accurate contact, health, allergy, emergency, and pickup information
- Will update the Club when important information changes
- For Kids Playroom visits, will remain on the premises and supervise the child
- For After School Explorer, will remain reachable while the child is attending
- Have authority to accept these Terms for the child
The Club may request identification or evidence of pickup authority when reasonably necessary.
3. Child Readiness and Suitability
Participation depends on the child's comfort, safety, communication needs, and ability to take part in a shared small-group environment.
Every child using the Kids Playroom must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on the premises. A first visit or readiness discussion may be required for After School Explorer or for any child who needs additional support.
The Club may decline, limit, pause, or end participation when a child's needs exceed the staffing, training, facilities, or safety support reasonably available.
4. Registration, Booking, and Capacity
Parent registration is required before a child joins a program.
Submitting the online signup form records the family's interest; it does not by itself confirm a reservation. A visit is confirmed only after the Club accepts the requested date, time, program, and capacity.
Advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends, school holidays, public holidays, and for evening pickup. Entry remains subject to confirmed capacity, staffing, operating hours, and child readiness.
The Club may release an unconfirmed request or a confirmed place after a material late arrival or no-show when no notice is received.
5. Sessions, Packages, and Passes
Available products are shown on the Club website or confirmed by staff. They currently include:
- Kids Playroom entry: 1 hour at 149 THB or 2 hours at 249 THB per child; each child entry includes one accompanying adult and one coloring sheet
- Kids Playroom add-ons: an additional hour after initial entry at 80 THB, each additional adult at 50 THB per hour, a crayon activity at 45 THB, a small soft-clay figure at 69 THB, and a large soft-clay figure at 99 THB
- After School Explorer: 1 hour at 199 THB, 2 hours at 300 THB, the four-hour weekday option at 599 THB, dinner and pickup support, and regular after-school passes arranged with the team
- After School Explorer Meal Care Add-On at 299 THB
The description confirmed at booking or purchase controls the included time, activities, price, validity, and other conditions. The additional Playroom hour is available only after an initial entry and remains subject to capacity.
Unless a product states otherwise, a package or pass is registered to one child and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or exchanged for cash. Any expiry date or session limit shown at purchase applies.
6. Prices, Value Comparisons, and Payment
Prices are stated in Thai baht. Payment is due before the service begins unless the Club confirms another arrangement.
Prices are per child unless the product expressly says otherwise. One adult is included with each child Playroom entry; additional adults are charged per person per hour.
Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, PromptPay, or another method confirmed by the Club. Receipts are issued through the Club's normal process.
Any additional charge, including extra time or late pickup, must be disclosed or agreed before it is charged, except where immediate action is reasonably required for a child's safety.
7. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Families should notify the Club as early as possible if they cannot attend. Cancellation, rescheduling, expiry, and refund conditions may vary by service and will be confirmed before payment where applicable.
When the Club cancels prepaid access, it may offer a replacement session, reasonable extension, account credit, or refund as appropriate to the product and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Check-In and Pickup
For Kids Playroom visits, a parent or guardian must complete check-in, remain on the premises, and remain responsible for the child. Kids Playroom is not a drop-off or childcare service.
For After School Explorer, a parent or authorized adult must complete the Club's check-in process before leaving a child in the supervised care area.
The Club may confirm the child's identity, selected program, expected pickup time, authorized pickup person, meal request, and health or allergy notes.
A child will be released only to a registered parent or guardian, an authorized pickup person, or another person approved through a verified communication process. Photo identification may be requested.
Parents must collect children within the confirmed service time. Repeated or significant late pickup may lead to additional charges disclosed by the Club, booking restrictions, or a review of future access.
9. Homework and Quiet Focus
After School Explorer may provide a calm place, reminders, reading time, organization support, and basic clarification for simple homework.
The Club does not promise private tutoring, subject-specialist teaching, guaranteed correctness, improved grades, or completion of every assignment. Parents remain responsible for reviewing schoolwork where needed.
10. Creative Activities and Play
Activities may include drawing, coloring, clay, crafts, Lego, reading, soft play, indoor play, outdoor garden play, water play, and simple group projects. One coloring sheet is included with each child Playroom entry. The separate 45 THB crayon activity uses additional activity materials and is distinct from that included sheet.
Small and large soft-clay figure activities are separately priced at 69 THB and 99 THB. Available figures and materials may change; no take-home inclusion should be assumed unless staff confirms it before purchase. Children must follow staff instructions and use materials and equipment safely.
11. Animal Visits
Visits with cats, rabbits, or turtles are not guaranteed. They depend on availability, staffing, child readiness, and animal welfare.
All interaction must be supervised and gentle. Socks are not required in the children's play area, but socks are required when entering the cat room.
12. Meal Care and Allergies
Kids Playroom entry has no included or stated meal-care value. After School Explorer offers its 299 THB Meal Care Add-On with one child-friendly food item and one drink.
Menus and availability may change. Parents must disclose allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, religious requirements, and special eating habits before meal care is confirmed.
The cafe is a shared food-preparation environment. Families with severe allergies must discuss the child's needs and an emergency plan with management before attendance.
13. Health and Illness
Children must be healthy enough to participate safely. A child should remain at home when unwell or contagious, including with fever, repeated vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious rash, strong coughing, or another significant contagious symptom.
The Club may refuse entry or request prompt pickup when a child is unwell, becomes unwell, or cannot safely take part in the group.
14. Medication and Personal Care
Medication will be handled only when management accepts a clear written arrangement and staff are reasonably able and authorized to follow it. Emergency medication and serious allergy plans must be discussed before attendance.
Routine intimate personal care and continuous one-to-one toileting assistance are not included. Staff maintain appropriate privacy and safeguarding boundaries.
15. Behavior and Group Safety
Children must follow reasonable staff instructions, remain in authorized areas, treat others respectfully, and avoid unsafe or seriously disruptive behavior.
Staff may redirect a child, stop an activity, move the child to a calm visible area, contact the parent, request early pickup, or pause future access after a serious or repeated safety concern.
Physical punishment, humiliation, threats, food deprivation, and locked isolation are not used.
16. Emergencies and Incidents
Staff may provide basic first aid within their training. When urgent help is reasonably needed, the parent authorizes the Club to contact emergency services and arrange appropriate assistance while attempting to contact the parent or emergency contact promptly.
The parent remains responsible for medical expenses unless the Club is legally responsible for those costs. Significant incidents may be documented and shared with the parent.
17. Personal Belongings and Property
Belongings should be labeled. Valuable jewelry, large amounts of cash, and expensive electronics should not be brought to the Club.
The Club takes reasonable care but cannot guarantee against ordinary loss, staining, breakage, or accidental damage. Responsibility for intentional or reckless damage will be assessed reasonably and subject to applicable law.
18. CCTV, Photography, and Media
CCTV may operate in appropriate common areas for safety, security, and incident review. It is not placed in toilets or private changing areas.
Promotional photography or video requires separate optional consent. Declining promotional media consent does not prevent access to services.
19. Suspension or Ending Access
The Club may suspend or end access for unpaid fees, materially inaccurate information, serious or repeated unsafe behavior, abuse or harassment, failure to follow the Playroom parent-on-premises rule, unauthorized pickup attempts, repeated late pickup, misuse of an After School pass, or needs beyond the Club's reasonable capability.
Where appropriate, the Club will explain the reason and consider whether a safer alternative arrangement is available.
20. Privacy and Communications
Personal data is handled according to the Siamese Cat Creative Club Privacy Policy.
The Club may send necessary service communications by telephone, email, SMS, or another channel the family uses with the Club. Marketing and promotional media consent are optional.
Game accounts and recreational scores
The Cat vs Dog game is offered to a general audience and can be played without an account. A player may optionally continue with Google to save a profile and completed-game scores. A person who does not have legal capacity to accept these Terms must use the account feature only with any permission required by applicable law.
Players must not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, automate requests, exploit defects, or submit fabricated scores. The leaderboard is recreational. The Club may review, hide, correct, or remove accounts and scores that appear invalid, abusive, duplicated, automated, or technically corrupted.
A leaderboard position does not create a right to a prize, payment, discount, or other reward. Any future promotion will require separate published campaign rules. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy controls and does not subscribe the player to Club marketing.
21. Changes to Services or Terms
The Club may make reasonable changes to schedules, activities, booking procedures, capacity rules, safety policies, prices for future purchases, or these Terms.
Material changes affecting an active prepaid service will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. The version accepted at purchase normally applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or safety.
22. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Nothing in them excludes a child-protection duty, privacy right, consumer right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions, complaints, cancellation requests, and formal notices may be sent to:

23. Online Acceptance
The registration form asks the parent or legal guardian to confirm that they are authorized to register the child and that they acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The optional game sign-in screen asks the player to accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before creating or updating a game account.
The Club may retain the accepted document version, date, time, and related registration record to document that acceptance.
